Cancellation Policy
CAMPING RESERVATIONS
All reservations require a $50.00 deposit at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the balance of the reservation upon check-in. Balance is due on arrival. The reservation holder is responsible for the total balance and any price changes or policy updates.
For camping reservations paid in full: Cancellation 10 days or more before check-in will receive a refund, minus the amount of the deposit. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
There are no rainchecks issued for camping.
FLOATING RESERVATIONS:
All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. FLOATING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Cancellations 7 days or more before reservation date will be allowed to reschedule their float within the remainder of the current season, based on availability.
STORM POLICY:
If there is lightning the day of your float:
If it stops before noon, floats will continue and no rain checks will be issued. If it continues to lightning after noon, or river conditions are unsafe for floating, floats will be rescheduled for another day within the current season. If you do not call or show up, you will not receive a rain check
RAIN POLICY:
Floats will continue as scheduled in rain.
The last float pick up each day is 5pm.
If you are late you will be charged a late fee of $50 per boat per hour you are late.
If you pass the pickup point you will be charged a fee of $100 per boat, in addition to the hourly late fee.
There are no cash refunds on float trips.
